At the start of the episode Endgame it is established that it has been ten years after Voyager got home, 23 years after it was first thrown into the Delta Quadrant. At the ten year reunion we see Harry Kim talking to a young Sabrina, apparently the young daughter of Naomi. We don't know what happened to Icheb, but this is the timeline that Admiral Janeway sought to change.
